You need the following:
2/3 of a glass of 91% isopropyl alcohol (sometimes referred to as "cleaning alcohol") 1/3 cup of aloe vera gel · Stirring bowl · Spoon
Empty the container (3 ounce toiletry container for comfortable travel, but any container with a lid works.) · Small sticky tape · Pens or pens to write labels
You do the following: 1. Mix isopropyl alcohol and aloe vera gel into a bowl until everything is mixed evenly. 2. Pour the disinfecting hand into an empty container and close it. 3. Write "hand sanitizer" on tape and stick it on the bottle. You're done! And the hand sanitizer that you make in the kitchen is as effective as the item you buy. The CDC recommends the use of hand disinfectants with an alcohol content of at least 60%. The recipe described above produces an alcohol-based disinfectant with 60.66%. Therefore, follow the proportions correctly.
